The case studies that were dealt with in class were obtained from the studies carried out in the GoInEU and GoInEUPlus projects, whose purpose was to bring out the critical issues in terms of application, also in relation to national law, of Regulations 650/2012, 1103 and 1104/2016. The case studies have been elaborated through a dissemination of questionnaires among the professionals operating in the different countries of the partners and elaborating the answers received.
The lectures will present a strong interaction between learners and teachers thanks to the adoption of flipped teaching techniques. Students will be presented with cases to analyse and solve at home through the moodle platform, the teacher will read the solutions proposed by the students and discuss the solutions proposed by the students in class.
The seminars will be characterized by the presentation of practical cases from the different EU countries followed by questions from the participants and from the teachers. The seminars will allow students to interact with professionals, creating a professional dialogue among the participants thanks to moments of debate.
